The Mediterranean Ahi tuna sandwich is made with the freshest Ahi tuna, pan-seared to perfection, and served with a Mediterranean Salad made of roasted red peppers, tomatoes, garlic and kalamata olives topped with boursin cheese on a toasted Brioche roll.

This wonderful dish includes a crab stuffed jumbo shrimp, a succulent chile glazed diver scallop, one half cold water lobster tail, sesame-seared Scottish salmon and crispy calamari, all served with grilled asparagus and a sticky rice cake. If steak is on your mind, try our 20 ounce bone-in ribeye. This USDA prime cut steak is topped with a boursin cheese port wine compound butter, served with a side of chive-bacon purée and grilled asparagus.
